The two parties agreed to increase scientific cooperation and activate the paragraphs of the protocol signed between the Nineveh Agriculture Directorate and the Northern Technical University regarding the agricultural aspect, as well as to enhance ways of joint cooperation between the Nineveh Agriculture Directorate and the Agricultural Technical College and open new scientific horizons to solve agricultural problems and develop the reality of the agricultural sector, both its plant and animal parts.
