He obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from Mosul University, College of Management and Economics, in 1986. He then pursued a Master's degree in Accounting from Mosul University, College of Management and Economics, in 1989. He authored scientific books including "Production Costs: second stage, Department of Design and Tailoring, Technical Education Authority." He also held various positions, including the Dean of the Technical Institute in Nineveh, for a period of 10 years. Currently, he works as a lecturer in the Department of Accountancy Techniques at the Administrative Technical College
