Registration requirements:


The student is accepted into the department through the Ministry and a ministerial order is issued naming the students according to

the average.


The names of the students come through the main registration/Department of Registration and Student Affairs on paper + a CD to the

department in which the student is accepted.


An admission committee is formed in the department for the purpose of registering accepted students.


The student is asked by the department’s employee to provide the following documents:


a.  The original school document.

B.  School card.


T.  Medical examination of the student.


Th.  The student’s identification documents (citizenship ID + nationality certificate + housing card + ration card) colored copies/number 4.
C.  Documents of the father and mother (citizenship ID + mother’s nationality certificate).


H.  A copy of all documents on a CD.


Kh.  Write a pledge to the student.


Dr.  Fill out the electronic record form.


D.  Cut and connect directly.


R.  Conducting a surety bond.


The branch is determined by the Ministry, after which an administrative order is issued for acceptance.

If the student is accepted through the First Students channel:


Ministerial order accepting it.


Contacting the university from which you are transferring for the purpose of withdrawing the student’s file and providing the first year

grades and final average.


An administrative order accepting him into the department based on the ministerial order.


A university order admitting him to the university.


After the student’s file is received from the university from which he was transferred, the main registration is addressed to him for the

purpose of validating the issuance of the book received from the university.
