President of Northern Technical University Participates in the International General Conference of UNESCO Chairs in Iraq.

Professor Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, President of Northern Technical University, participated in the International General Conference of UNESCO Chairs in Iraq. The event was attended by Professor Dr. Haider Abdul Zahid, Deputy Minister of Higher Education for Scientific Affairs, along with representatives from local and international universities, academic institutions, and UNESCO officials.
