Higher Diploma Research at the Northern Technical University Discusses the Role of Hybrid Strategy in Enhancing Organizational Effectiveness

The Administrative Technical College / Mosul held the discussion of a Higher Diploma research in Business Administration Technologies, submitted by Zakaria Yousif Hussein, entitled:
“The Role of Hybrid Strategy in Enhancing Organizational Effectiveness – An Analytical Study of the Opinions of a Sample of Customers of Al-Hadbaa Food Industries Company,”
on Monday, February 16, 2026.

The research aimed to analyze the role of the hybrid strategy in enhancing organizational effectiveness by combining cost leadership and differentiation strategies, thereby achieving sustainable competitive advantage and strengthening the organization’s ability to expand in the market.

The study adopted the analytical approach, relying on a survey of a sample of customers of Al-Hadbaa Food Industries Company to measure the impact of adopting a hybrid strategy on improving organizational performance and increasing institutional effectiveness.

The findings concluded that industrial organizations adopting a hybrid strategy can successfully balance cost reduction with delivering added value to customers, which positively reflects on organizational effectiveness and enhances competitive positioning in the market.
