The Agricultural Technical College’s participation in the Million Tree Planting Project began after the college’s return from the alternative site in Erbil to the original site in Mosul, where the first committee for the project was formed and began work in March 2018, where it removed the rubble, remnants and remnants of the Mosul liberation war. In April of 2018, the representative of the college in the project (Prof. Dr. Abdel Moneim Saadallah Khalil) participated in the symposium on the project that was organized by the central committee of the project in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research
In March 2018, a quantity of seeds obtained from the project management in the ministry began to be planted, in addition to the seeds collected by the project committee in plastic boxes.
