Northern Technical University Participates in a Seminar on Building Women’s Leadership Personality Amid Contemporary Challenges

Under the direction of the President of Northern Technical University, Alyaa Abbas Ali Al-Attar, Mrs. Hanadi Salem Mohammed, Head of the Women’s Affairs Division at the university, accompanied by a number of officials from the Women’s Units in Kirkuk formations, attended an educational seminar organized by the Women’s Affairs Division at University of Kirkuk on “Building Women’s Leadership Personality Amid Contemporary Challenges.” The seminar was held with the participation of the President of University of Kirkuk, Professor Dr. Omran Jamal Hasin, as well as heads of Women’s Affairs divisions and units from public and private universities in Kirkuk.

The seminar was presented by Professor Dr. Nada Al-Abadi, Director of the Women’s Affairs Department at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. She emphasized the importance of strengthening cooperation in the field of women’s affairs and developing joint initiatives that support women’s rights and enhance their role within the academic community. She also noted that women’s empowerment is among the ministry’s strategic priorities.

At the conclusion of the seminar, Prof. Dr. Nada Al-Abadi honored Mrs. Hanadi Salem with the “Excellence Award Shield” in recognition of her distinction and creativity, considering her a source of pride for university women
