Under the guidance of the President of the Northern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Alia Abbas Ali Al-Attar, the Department of Power Mechanics Techniques at the Kirkuk Technical Institute organized an orientation seminar on summer training for first-year students.

The lecture was delivered by:

The seminar dealt with:

1. The summer training mechanism for this year is according to the integrated training system.
2. Registration of students starting summer training
3. Divide students into groups to maintain social distancing
4. Determining an electronic and attendance weekly schedule according to specific days and times of work in accordance with the instructions of the university and the ministry.
5. Emphasis was placed on adherence to university instructions and regulations, and follow-up of electronic and in-person lectures
6. Prepare weekly reports on practical experiences
7. Establishing a signature record for the attendance and absence of students
8. Emphasis on full adherence to the preventive and health measures and the instructions of the Ministry of Health and the Crisis Cell.
9. Maintaining social distancing and wearing gags.
10.  Maintaining the cleanliness of the university environment, including laboratories, buildings, and green spaces at the institute.
