Twinning Agreement

Northern Technical University and the University College of Al-Hadba’a  held an agreement which were signed by the Northern Technical University Prof. Dr. Mowafak Yahiya Hamdoon, rector of the University and the faculty of Al-Hadba’a  University,  Dr. Hassan Subhi al-Abbas, Dean of the College, in the presence of assistants of the Rector and assistants of the Dean. The agreement provides a cooperation between the two sides in the fields of scientific research, exchanging experiences , cooperation in the formation of joint scientific research teams, exchange  of teaching staff , participation in conferences, seminars, workshops,  and student activities. Dr. Mowafak Yahiya Hamdoon spoke in which he expressed the readiness of the Northern Technical University to do its best to open up to the governmental and private higher education institutions, which have great impact and benefit at the level of university education, especially since we are witnessing a new beginning for the ministry according to the guidance of the Minister of Higher Education And Scientific Research Qusai Al Suhail in the implementation  steps of the Government programmer and the implementation of the curriculum system.
