Prof.Dr. Moafak Hamdoon the president of the Northern technical university had opened the second stage of a campaign for the rebuilding of Ninevah technical institute. This visiting was accompanied with Dr. Abdul Sattar Khdir the manager of a computer center in the presidency and Mr. Khalid Alnoori the manager of central library in presidency too. Dr. Samir Yassin the dean of Ninevah technical institute and his staff had welcomed the visitors. On this occasion Prof. Dr. Moafak Hamdoon had opened Mosque, library, computer center and the computer lab. number (3), and had planted the first flower in the garden of Ninevah technical institute and this flower will be the first spring flower to spread a new light of scientific progress. Prof. Dr. Moafak Hamdoon finally had held a meeting in the Deanery of institute and listened to their problems and obstructions and given the solutions to solve.
