Instructions and registration form in a university accommodation

((Declaration))

     With the beginning of a new academic year (2019-2018) we welcome all our students and hope to have a happy and successful year. We invite students who want to live in a university accommodation to speed up registration and follow the instructions below:

How to register:

1-students who are studying in the formations of the northern technical university only.

2-Registration begins for all stages except the first one ,it starts in 1/10/2018 .so student should bring a registration paper from a scientific      department .

3-Registration for housing starts in the same time of registration in the scientific section and for two weeks.

4-Registration is online by visiting the official website in northern technical university(www.ntu.edu.iq) to fill an application .after that the         student returns to dormitories to complete other steps.

5-when the student doesn’t register during the mentioned date,he will loose his rights in dormitories.

Necessary papers: 

1-A copy of housing card +a copy proof of residence from the mayor for displaced student.

2-A colored copy of a civil identity card and a citizenship certificate or the national identity if it is found .

3-A copy of ration card .

4- Four personal photographs.

5-An official paper should be taken from registration of college or institute endorsing the student position in the class (fail-pass-postponed).

6-A medical report endorses that the student is absent of diseases and infirmities.

7-A joint guarantor must be an employee ,and he must bring identity card and an official letter endorsing he is still working in his job.

Housing rental:

1-Undergraduate students (150,000).

2-The students of parallel education channel (500,000).

3-Failed students (300,000).

4-The students of evening studies(250,000).

5-Postgraduate students (500,000).

6-Note:money should be given completely during the registration.When the students change their dorm to another place ,their money will       not be back to them.

7-Another rent:(2000) dinar for dormitory card and university card.

Important note

1-Parent must come (females only) to sign up a written pledge.

2-A joint guarantor must give (250,000) as a guarantee if students make damages of the state properties.

3-According to the instructions of law,camera- phone shouldn’t be entered the dormitories of females .

4-Students should bring sleeping facilities like (blankets-pillow)to provide a healthy environment .

5-After completing a registration ,the dormitories will give a temporary paper to a student till the identity card will be lunched .
