Assistant Prof. Shahla Abdul Wahab Abdul Qader, a Director of the Student Affairs Division at the Technical Institute / Mosul, participated in a scientific research entitled “The Practical Swarm Optimization on Parallel Computer for Improving the Performance of a Gait Recognition System” at the Fifth International Engineering Conference (IEC2019) held at International University in Erbil. A certificates of participation were distributed at the conclusion of the conference. The research will be published later in the international publishing house
